COVID UPDATE – During the COVID pandemic, please do not attend the surgery to register. Please call reception on 01297 32126 and we will register you remotely.
Patients living within our practice area are welcome to register and our reception staff can confirm your eligibility from your postcode. In this respect please bring along proof of address such as a recent utility bill together with proof of ID such as a driving license or passport. You can check whether your address is within our catchment area on the large map behind our reception desk or see the map below. Please note that the map available in reception is more accurate than the digital one below, and occasionally patients may find they are actually not in out catchment area once we check on our official map.
If you are already registered with the Practice and move out of the practice area, you will be asked to register with a GP closer to where you live. Any patients registered with us who live outside our practice area will not be able to receive home visits, and will have to rely on NHS 111 to signpost you to an appropriate service in this instance.
There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP practice, for example you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area.
Please note that your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the Practice.
All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team. This will include measuring height, weight, blood pressure and a urine test.
Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.
