Conybeare and Willow Centre

Conybeare and Willow Centre based in Axminster Hospital offers specialist day services for people living with memory loss and dementia, as well as other health issues such as depression or anxiety. We provide this service for people who live in Axminster and Seaton. Conybeare provides a 6 week assessment of someone’s health and social needs.
